Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Yes you need proof of contact to the merchant check each one and say your still waiting on the item there is usually something connected to it

People said that they are https://genguru.com/ I have sent them email, still no answer. I don’t know about others if they managed to get refund
