Show them the evidence then - Your deposit record at the casino with it's email to confirm, and then the transaction on your bank statement showing the same date/time.
REDACT everything of your bank statement that isn't your name and the transaction in question though 🙂

Når jeg handler med mit debit- eller kreditkort, for eksempel i Aldi, viser kontoudtoget nogle gange ikke "Aldi", men "XYZ", og modtagerens navn står i betalingsreferencen. Det samme sker, når jeg handler i en kiosk; der vises normalt også noget andet der.
Nogle gange står der endda: LEVERANDØR XYZ*ALDI

I didn’t get any temp refunds but after a week or so I got a email from all the casinos basically threatening to close my account few days later they actually did and then I had all my chargebacks returned to me
