I have contacted a few other companies today including Kryptonim, CNSLTITANS and ISX so will update if I hear back in case anyone is in the same boat.

@Romi @Admin …Can I open a formal complaint against a crypto casino that allowed my 17-year-old son to create an account using only an email address, without providing his full name, date of birth, or completing any KYC or age verification?

The casino allowed him to purchase cryptocurrency using my credit card, deposit funds, and withdraw more than €1,000 without verifying his identity or age.

I have contacted the casino and requested a refund of the losses, but they have ignored my request.

Please let me know if I am eligible to submit a complaint and what steps I should follow.

you will find them on their webpage and also a facebook page, they never reply but a few months back after 2 weeks did refund a few of us.
