Hi Radka, all of us here lie for their chargebacks. It is not something new. This is the only way we can hurt the casinos.

This is precisely what may put this whole thread in danger, so I'm asking you politely not to suggest lying. I believe the explanation I was forced to share earlier today is quite straightforward and easy to follow.

Did you know that under both card schemes, if a vendor tells you they are going to refund your card, and then fail to do so, that is a valid chargeback reason.

Might be worth pointing that out to them, it could help nudge them in to actually doing it!

Did you get alot back from them i didnt have many with them , the ones who refund my transactions are not much , all my big amounts are the merchants who dont refund
