I dag prøvede jeg at starte en chargeback med min bank for GEMCEBR. Jeg var ærlig omkring casinoet, de forkerte MCC-koder, den blokerede konto osv. Selvom de ser, at koden er forkert, at forhandlerne er anderledes, og at det er en webshop, afviser de min chargeback, fordi "du kunne spille, så servicen blev leveret." Frustrerende.
Er der en måde at genåbne en chargeback med Revolut, hvis den blev afvist?
