You'd need to raise a formal complaint and they have 8 weeks to respond, then it goes to the FOS and only once they've investigated can it be taken to the FCA.

Did you have complaint in the subject of the email? Personally I'd resend it and put complaint in it. Run their T&C through ChatGPT along with your complaint and let it draft something that quotes their complaint process.

If you've already done this you will need evidence that you've done it ahead of the FOS escalation.

Ive put in hundreds on monzo. Fuck it. My refunds have dried up now. Ive managed 7k back out of 21k. Waiting for senior Ombudsman now since I rejected my investigators findings with my claim against monzo.

I've 2 cases with the FOS. The irresponsible lending one has been found in favour of Monzo by the investigator and ombudsman. Apparently spending 14k in weeks didn't raise any flags on lending to fund more deposits 🤔 I'm not holding out much hope with the account management complaint. I need to raise some chargebacks but paranoid it'll cause me issues.

They really are! Have you asked Chain Valley for what data they hold for you? The breakdown will show transactions and wallet IDs so you can prove it's with them.

I submitted a GDPR data access request, and they disclosed the transaction details.

The payments were initially made as bank transfers to Paysafe/Skrill. They were then converted into cryptocurrency through Nylo and ChainValley before being deposited into the casino as fiat currency.
