Yep monzo have declined every single one of my disputes/chargebacks. BUT when I do raise chargebacks, 2 days later refunds have appeared for 18 of my 41 merchants. So even raising a chargeback a signal is sent to there end. Just wish this worked for them all. Praying my Ombudsman case wins now so can put all this to bed. Sick of checking every single day for emails that will never come.

Nightmare. Are you raising these yourself or speaking to revolut on them? I managed to get a batch raised off but then another agent stopped me so I think it’s dependant on the agent you’re speaking to. I was honest throughout but it seems to be like pot luck on who you talk to

Yeah just did them myself. The first lot I did was the successful ones. Did it at like 10pm on a Monday and the refunds were in bank by 9am the next day. According to chat gpt the evidence ive forwarded to the senior Ombudsman is exceptional and reckons I have a high chance of winning, so we will see!!

They’ve come back on my transactions pretending they’re a dating site zavo.love that uses tokens. Also states that they are Quantora Do Ltd a company set up in March. All the usual signs of a fake one set up are there. Hopefully you’ll have better luck than me
