ofcourse mate. my bank transfers are mainly through kryptonim, which i believe is processed by ivy pay. they are fairly unresponsive but are looking into one of my complaints currently. had no response as of yet on the other one.

Sent email asking for refund some days ago, still no answer, do they refund?

Ask them what information they require?

they refunded me yes.

Kryptonim is processed through isx financial ltd also. I found this out through dsar from token.io

token.io is involved somewhere with ivy and ISX financial on behalf of Kryptonim

Nogle er bekræftet cardaq som erhverver. (Xorsolution_image, ART-løsning) Ingen præsenteres med gambling MCC.

i have emailed isx financial too as they appear instead of kryptonim sometimes, they sent some dumb email back which i replied to but nothing since. who is most likely to refund in this chain do you think? IVY, kryptonim, isx? Is token.io involved too? i haven’t messaged them at all?

so I got refunds from ivy myself but they was for a different merchant.

when I did dsar with token.io they sent ivy a refund request on my behalf to ivy and they refunded Kryptonim without even emailing me back (I previously asked ivy for Kryptonim but they seemed to ignore those emails)

isx arnt in the payment chain with ivy.

so token.io don’t refund? was this information from a DSAR? if so what info did you request and what exactly did you give them about you? Name, Email and last 4 card digits for all cards?
