I’m looking for any information about Temdot, Quedot and Quecs2. I can’t find any proper contact details for them, and I’ve seen people mention that they may be linked to XPate, but XPate hasn’t replied to me.

Has anyone here dealt with these merchants before or managed to get any money back?

Yeah, I did it through Monzo. It’s a pain because you have to raise every transaction separately through Get help.

I used an email from Rolletto as evidence saying their payment processor had been notified about a transaction reversal. I just copied the same explanation into each dispute to save time.

Monzo declined them, but around two days later some merchants refunded me directly anyway. No idea if it works every time, but that’s what happened in my case.
