When were your transactions? The ones on my DSAR from Walletto that were processed for BITSENT were between Jan and Apr 2025. They dont have a relationship with them anymore so it is likely that BITSENT are using someone else now.

Between March and June 2025. I previously had refunds from Walletto for CNPCTO. They confirmed that BITSENT was not related to them. I am waiting on Elegro too. This has been a long process

It would, but the mismatch would need to be documented carefully. The bank should be able to compare transaction identifiers and the merchant's supporting evidence rather than relying only on a screenshot.
