I’m still trying to establish whether there’s any connection to Xpate or another processor. At this point I think the best lead will probably be the transaction details from the bank, especially the acquirer information and MCC. I’ll let you know if I find anything concrete.

SIS Art Union is the one I’m most interested in at the moment, as I haven’t found much reliable information about it. If your bank gets back to you first, let me know what they show for the acquirer and MCC. I’ll do the same once I hear back from mine.

Definitely. So far I haven’t had a direct refund involving any of those three, but I’m still looking into the options before relying entirely on chargebacks.

If I find anyone who has successfully recovered money from Visual Mill, XOR Visual Layer or Art Solution, I’ll post how they did it and how long it took. Please do the same if you hear anything on your side.

Will do. I’m keeping track of vercs2 and tokdom separately because even transactions under the same descriptor seem to be progressing differently.

Yes, I’ve come across both vercs2 and calcal. From what I’ve been able to establish, both are connected to Xpate.

Sure, I’ll let you know if I find anything on the others. So far FOLVEX, SALDRO and PELVAN are the ones I’ve been able to connect to Xpate with some confidence.

I’m still looking into VELTOR, KREMIX, DARNIQ, QENTAR, MERVIK, NORTIQ and ZERMON. If I manage to identify the processor or find any working contact details, I’ll post them here.

My bank gave me the information when I was looking into the transactions and starting the chargeback process. That’s where I got the Xpate connection from.

Interesting that Xpate told you they’re definitely not theirs though. I’ll go back and double-check the transaction details with my bank, because if you have a written response from Xpate denying both playtwin and scudot, it would be useful to understand why the information is different.
