But I still can’t find that merchant anywhere.

I have also been considering Keygo.io. It’s the same logotype thats on my transactions.

However they are not, of course, responding to any emails and I can’t link their rent a room buisiness to digital game products.

I don't think that business actually exists, I think it's just a front for the dodgy transactions

Interestingly there is a bank that is suggesting that any 3rd party merchant is a ‘payment processor’ and there is no valid grounds for a chargeback under 12.7 because they have correctly processed the payment and are not required to have a gambling related MCC because they are essentially a middleman to the transaction with the casino

Not too sure how PayOp work, but do they have a person they have sent the money to? Try questioning them / complain directly with your bank

Just contact their email and then email the fca and forward that email onto them
