They never replied to a single email despite sending to all CEOs etc. I began chargebacks against them and a day later they refunded all but 2 payments.

They are money transfer. Revolut won't raise chargeback for money transfer.

Paul, I see you had some success with Monzo. Any idea of the timescales, I have disputed about 15 payments with 3 different merchants. With the 1st merchant (playusout-com) I have had the 1st 2 refunded by Monzo with them saying they are likely to win it. The rest still no movement even though it’s the same merchant. Any ideas how long this process takes?

I got them all refunded right away then it is a 45 day wait if you have ones they are not sure of there may be a reason ask them to find out.

pretty much I have 9 transactions with a merchant called playusout.com and I’ve went down the route of not received goods as they have a website claiming to sell digital products so I am sure I can win those ones as it actually says in their own terms and conditions that you can have a refund within 30 days if you didn’t activate the product (I obviously never received anything). This is the same merchant where Monzo have refunded 2 of them but not the rest yet?


The other transactions with other merchants are a bit more questionable.

Ok I am not sure how you contact them it was about 8 years ago maybe I had the account I used live chat to contact them some can be 30 days obviously you just wait and if you hear nothing you win them basically

I am at such a loss. My funds are still being withheld by Rolletto, livechat will not help me whatsoever, I keep on receiving the same generic reply via email telling me that my account is still under investigation. My complaint with casino guru doesn’t seem to be making a difference. I just don’t see a way that they are going to give me my money back.
