So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. That's a bit harsh the moment they post the info there is a risk that what ever method or strategy they used with hard work is compromised! I totally understand why people wait till the get an outcome then moment you blabber on here they will see it they have eyes everywhere.

Sorry I missed your comment and yes I know this now funny enough my email and passwords have been compromised according to my credit score account within a week of sending the info! It's on the black web probably along with alot of other information they have. So Im a fool.

So far so good for me. Got about £3k in Mastercard refunded. Those are showing back in my account.


Bank agreed and raised about £7k. No refund from them yet though (visa)


Completely aware that this can be taken back though if challenged
