So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Anyone has any success with revolut emailing them back over their complaint?

they’ve rejected all my chargebacks as said there are bank transfers when they aren’t. Now they aren’t responding on email , live chat I may as well be speaking to a wall.

They wont respond - they are horrendous. On my 2nd FOS case around them now as they failed to abide by the ruling in the first one.

Just fyi, i have contacted swedish police. They have emailed asking for as much proof i have about quickbit/bitsent. I have a lot. If anyone wants to colaborate and send me more proof let me know.

I have took my case to FOS they have requested details from Revolut no doubt its the same as the rest on here.

Am I best off going straight to FOS then? Chat are telling me I need to wait for my final response via my complaint but they aren’t even responding back to my complaint. Nightmare going to close my account with them after all this

Good, just keep report Revolut and the transactions that Revolut rejects to FOS, the more people the better, they would see that theres something very wrong.

the bank are finally sending me the the evidence they provided. So next step is taking it to Mastercard and providing evidence directly to them.

You need to ask them specifically for all the related transaction data - I had to request a SAR on specific transactions.

Revolut - Subject Access Request - they must provide it under GDPR regulations. Specify that you want to see the MCC in the data your requesting.
