No ive not been able to it's Monzo they don't help so refused all chargebacks apart from the odd couple of low 50 pounds transactions.

Barclays will refund under either. I had to do complaints for 12.7 invalid data first time. Then I just went goods not received.

E0000480 is info@swipez.eu - they should refund directly but if you log a dispute with Barclays then they refund directly without an email being sent.

I don’t know any of the others but again find out what they sell - on the Barclaycard app says digital gaming or the industry they operate in. Send an email to the business if you cannot find one make one up. Barclays is decent as you log the dispute on app then they send an online form, usually temp refund 4 days after it as well.
