I have had a lot of transactions to dSOLpay through 2 accounts.
I have sent an email to support@swipez.eu titles complaint detailing the transactions and requesting an urgent refund due to incorrect MCC codes. This was Friday night. I sent two emails yesterday chasing up but still nothing.
their complaint terms and conditions state that a response to complaint will be communicated within 48 hours, however this time has well passed and still no response. Have tried forwarding email to info@swipez.eu but that email no longer exists. Do I assume now that they won’t refund me?
