My account was verified. I reached out to them to ask them why my withdrawal is still pending and they said that they would need some more documents to verify my account. If I hadn't reached out to them, I would have never known that I needed to submit the extra documents. I waited 10 days to receive the email that mentioned the requested documents that I needed to submit. After so many back and forth emails, I managed to send everything needed. Two more days have passed and I have received no answer about the verification. The second site asked me to send the documents again while I have already sent the documents to them.
