Jeg har ikke tænkt mig at indgive en klage eller nævne et casino endnu, da jeg venter på deres svar, hvilket er omkring 5 dage siden nu. Jeg er bare nysgerrig omkring min sag, fordi den er mærkelig, og jeg har ikke fundet helt den samme slags sag herfra eller på andre sider.
Kort fortalt: Jeg har et meget alvorligt spilleproblem og en afhængighed. Jeg har forsøgt at udelukke mig selv permanent fra alle online casinoer, der findes, da min afhængighed kom ud af kontrol, og det er derfor, jeg bad om at lukke min konto permanent på netop dette casinos hjemmeside, hvilket jeg gjorde sidste år i april 2024. Jeg har e-mailbevis for dette og deres svar på, at de angiveligt lukkede min konto permanent på grund af et spilleproblem, hvilket jeg sendte til min VIP-manager via e-mail. Jeg antog, at de gjorde dette, da jeg ikke betvivlede dem.
Vi går videre til i år, den 15. februar 2025, modtog jeg en reklamemail fra VIP-afdelingen vedrørende fejringen af Valentinsdag, og at hvis jeg havde brug for noget fra dem, skulle jeg kontakte dem (forudsat at de mente bonusser). Jeg var meget overrasket over dette, da jeg troede, at når min konto var permanent lukket på grund af en ludomani, ville de ikke sende mig nogen af disse e-mails. Jeg svarede tilbage og sagde, om de havde nogen bonusser til mig, da jeg ikke kan kontrollere mine lyster, når det kommer til ludomani (de fleste ville være enige). De svarede, at min aktivitet ikke var nok, og at jeg skulle indbetale mindst 30 euro for at få en bonus (jeg har hele e-mailtråden om dette). Heldigvis ignorerede jeg dette og faldt ikke tilbage til hasardspil og forblev ren, men jeg var stadig i chok over, at de stadig sendte mig e-mails.
Desværre lykkedes det mig den 10. juni 2025 at komme ind på min konto på dette casino (som skulle have været lukket permanent) og endte med at indbetale og tabe €2450 (dette var starten på det forfærdelige tilbagefald). Jeg endte med at sende en e-mail til min VIP-manager, som var på samme e-mail-tråd som før, og bede dem om en bonus, da min trang til at spille var ved at komme ud af kontrol. De sendte mig en e-mail tilbage og sagde, at "der altid er en bonus for din aktivitet". Der blev sendt e-mails frem og tilbage den dag med anmodning om bonusser, da jeg blev ved med at tabe, og jeg tror, at de udnyttede min store aktivitet og sårbarhed.
Som sagt før, har jeg et alvorligt spilleproblem, og den første e-mail fik mig til at reagere med det samme, og jeg var så at sige væk. Fra den 10. juni 2025 til den 14. juli 2025 lykkedes det mig at indbetale et samlet beløb på €13.215 og tabe det hele. Da jeg kom til mig selv og indså, hvad der var sket i den sidste måned, startede jeg en selvudelukkelsesprocedure ved at sende en e-mail til min VIP-manager igen den 14. juli 2025. Jeg forklarede dem, at jeg havde et alvorligt spilleproblem, og at jeg gerne ville lukke min konto. Jeg understregede også over for dem, at jeg gerne ville have min sag undersøgt, da jeg fandt ud af, at jeg allerede havde selvudelukket mig permanent i april 2024 (på grund af spilleproblemet). Jeg fandt en e-mail fra casinoet, der bekræftede min selvudelukkelse.
Så er dette ikke en klar overtrædelse af den grundlæggende politik for ansvarligt spil? Er der nogen tvivl om, at casinoet ikke bør refundere mine tab?

I am not going to to file a complaint or name a casino yet because I’m waiting for their response which is around 5 days now but just for being curious about my case because it’s a weird one and I haven’t found quite the same kind of case from here or any other sites.
Long story short: I have a very bad gambling problem and addiction. I’ve been trying to self exclude myself permanently from every online casino there is when my addiction got out of control and hence why I asked to permanently close my account on this particular casino website, which I did last year in 2024 would April. I have email evidence of this and their response as to them allegedly closing my account permanently due to a gambling problem which I emailed to my VIP manager. I was under the assumption that they did this as I didn’t second guess them.
Moving on to this year, on the 15th February 2025 I received a promotional email from the VIP department regarding celebrating Valentines day and that if I need anything from them that I should I contact them ( assuming they meant bonuses). I was very surprised by this as I thought once my account was permanently closed due to a gambling addiction they wouldn’t send me any of these emails. I replied back stating if they had any bonuses for me as I cannot control my urges when it comes to Gambling addiction ( most people would agree). They replied that my activity wasn’t enough and that I needed to deposit minimum 30 euro in order for me to get a bonus ( I have the full email thread regarding this.) fortunately enough, I ignored this and didn’t relapse into gambling and kept clean but I was still in shock that they were still emailing me.
Unfortunately, on the 10th June 2025 I managed to get into my account on this casino website( which was supposed to closed permanently) and ended up depositing and losing €2450 (this was the start of the horrible relapse). I ended up emailing my VIP manager which was on the same email thread as before and asking them for a bonus as my urges to gamble were getting out of control. They emailed me back stating that "that there is always a bonus for your activity". Emails were sent back and forth that day asking for bonuses as I kept losing and I believe that they were preying on my large activity and vulnerability
Like I said before I have a bad gambling problem and that initial email triggered me immediately and I was gone so to speak. From the 10th June 2025 to the 14th July 2025 I managed to deposit a total sum amount of €13,215 and losing it all. When I came to my senses and realised what has happened in the last month I started a self exclusion procedure by again emailing my VIP manager again on the 14th July 2025. I outlined to them that I have severe gambling issue and that I would like to close my account. I also highlighted to them that I would like my matter investigated as I found out that I’ve already self excluded myself permanently in April 2024 (due the gambling problem). I found an email from the casino that confirmed my self exclusion.
So isn’t this a clear violation of the basic responsible gaming policy? Is there any doubt that the casino shouldn’t refund my losses?
