Jeg skriver for formelt at udtrykke min frustration og bekymring vedrørende håndteringen af min konto og mine gevinster på Power Plays-platformen.
For flere år siden vandt jeg et betydeligt beløb, kun for at blive informeret om, at jeg ikke ville blive udbetalt, da både min daværende partner og jeg havde konti. Men ifølge deres egne offentliggjorte regler på det tidspunkt var dette tilladt. På trods af dette blev mine gevinster tilbageholdt, og min konto blev efterfølgende lukket uden yderligere klage.
To år senere modtog jeg en e-mail fra deres team, der inviterede mig til at vende tilbage. Jeg fortolkede denne henvendelse som en gestus af velvilje og en mulighed for at genoptage mit engagement i deres tjenester. Jeg tilmeldte mig igen, spillede i god tro og vandt yderligere $550,00. Til min forfærdelse fik jeg endnu engang at vide, at jeg ikke ville blive betalt – denne gang med den begrundelse, at jeg havde flere konti. Dette er simpelthen ikke muligt, da min oprindelige konto var blevet lukket af deres team.
Jeg er yderst skuffet over denne behandling og føler stærkt, at jeg er blevet uretfærdigt straffet, på trods af at jeg har overholdt deres politikker. Jeg anmoder respektfuldt om, at mine gevinster udbetales fuldt ud, da jeg ikke har gjort noget forkert og handlet i god tro hele vejen igennem. Jeg føler, at de har en urimelig fordel ved at få kravet genåbnet efter 6 måneder, mens mit krav blev afvist. Power Play siger, at de ikke har nogen registrering efter 6 måneder, men de kender hvert eneste skridt, jeg tager på deres side.

I am writing to formally express my frustration and concern regarding the handling of my account and winnings with Power plays platform.
Several years ago, I won a substantial amount of money, only to be informed that I would not be paid due to the fact that both my partner at the time and I held accounts. However, according to their own published rules at the time, this was permitted. Despite this, my winnings were withheld and my account was subsequently closed without further recourse.
Two years later, I received an email from their team inviting me to return. I interpreted this outreach as a goodwill gesture and an opportunity to re-engage with their services. I signed up again, played in good faith, and won an additional $550.00. To my dismay, I was once again told that I would not be paid—this time on the grounds that I held multiple accounts. This is simply not possible, as my original account had been closed by their team.
I am extremely disappointed by this treatment and feel strongly that I have been unfairly penalized despite adhering to their stated policies. I respectfully request that my winnings be paid in full, as I have done nothing wrong and acted in good faith throughout. I feel they have an unfair advantage by having the claim reopened after the 6 month mark and mine being denied. Power play says they have no record after 6 months yet they know my every move on their site.
