I won 4000 euro and I tried to make withdrawal 2000 euro as is the max every 24 hours , they never did the withdrawal and when I asked them why they said that there is a specialist team that checking my withdrawal, usually they pay in 30 minutes but this time passed 36 hours and they canceled my withdrawal 2 times with out answering me why or what they check to my account



P.s i had a friend with the same issue on same casino few months before , they never paid him his withdrawal, they will avoid it no matter what
