Hvis casinoet var interesseret i fair spil (hvilket jeres hjemmeside påstår at promovere), ville det logiske have været, at de €200 var blevet hævet, ikke de €2000. Når pengene så ikke modtages (som andre spillere har angivet her og på Trustpilot), kunne jeg samarbejde med CG om at bruge en bank som Revolut eller Wise osv.
Casinoet har også overtrådt AML ved at foretage udbetalinger til bankkonto, når alle indbetalinger fra for 5 måneder siden blev foretaget med krypto.
As I said previously I have requested the €2000, but there is €200 still in the account. Which is the point I have been making. There would have always been money left in due to the max withdrawal amount per day.
If the casino was interested in fair gaming (which your site purports to push) the logical thing would have been for the €200 to have been withdrawn, not the €2000. Then when the money is not received (as other players have stated on here and trustpilot) I could work with CG to use a bank like revolut or wise etc.
The casino has also breached AML by making withdraw to bank account when all deposits from 5 months ago were done with Crypto.
