What can a player do when the casino, ADR providers, regulator and game provider do not respond? (side 3)

Hi, yeah I’ve done that. I only seen that you did it just before me and wouldn’t have had an update by now. It’s absolutely crazy they are allowed to do this. They paid me £3000 in withdrawals then told me I’d breached terms which I didn’t. Do you know much about the process of the ADR? Thanks

Sure, I have unfortunately had multiple separate disputes with BlindLuck as well.

In my case, there have been 2 or 3 separate situations where BlindLuck confiscated my balance/winnings, including amounts of €960.19 and €1,567.15, as well as another disputed amount.

What makes my situation even more concerning is that BlindLuck has never successfully paid out a single withdrawal to me. Every time I reached the point of withdrawing my winnings, there was suddenly an issue and they gave a reason for refusing or confiscating the funds.

I have repeatedly asked them to provide clear and specific evidence supporting their accusations and the confiscations, but in my opinion they have never provided sufficient evidence to justify taking the money.

I have therefore started an official ADR case against BlindLuck through CADRE, which is one of the ADR providers approved under the Anjouan framework. That case is currently ongoing, so I cannot say yet what the final outcome will be.

If you are having similar problems with BlindLuck, I strongly recommend keeping everything: emails, withdrawal records, screenshots of your balance, transaction history, their explanations for confiscating the funds, and the relevant terms and conditions. This can become very important if you also decide to take the matter to ADR.

It is interesting to hear that they actually paid you £3,000 in withdrawals before later accusing you of breaching their terms, because my experience has been different — they have never paid me any withdrawal at all.

I deposited about £1050 in total over a 2 month period , won £10,000 let me withdraw £3000 in £1000 payments ( took about a month ) and then confiscated the rest. I didn’t breach anything , I’ve got game logs and everything. They basically sent me the same as you , and the emails were the same too

I wanted to provide an update regarding my dispute with BuffBets.

BuffBets recently reopened communication with me and eventually offered me a settlement of €807.97. I rejected this offer because my disputed balance is €4,148.69, and BuffBets has still not provided sufficient evidence or a complete transaction-level explanation that, in my view, justifies the confiscation.

After it became clear that we could not reach an amicable settlement, I repeatedly asked BuffBets to provide the name, contact details and complaint procedure of their appointed ADR provider, so that I could have the dispute independently reviewed.

Despite asking for these details approximately five times, BuffBets has still not provided them. They were responding to my emails while discussing their €807.97 settlement offer, but since I rejected the offer and specifically requested access to ADR, I have not received the ADR information I requested.

I have therefore had to contact the Anjouan-approved ADR providers myself.

EGIS ADR has confirmed in writing that BuffBets does not have a contractual ADR agreement with them. iGamingADR has also confirmed in writing that it has not been appointed by BuffBets to handle their disputes.

This currently leaves CADRE and Axion ADR as the two remaining possibilities. I have contacted both. CADRE has not yet confirmed whether they have jurisdiction over BuffBets, and despite several emails and two submissions through Axion's official contact form, I have received no response from Axion.

I have now also submitted the matter to the Anjouan Gaming Authority's Compliance and Licensing departments, making clear that I am not asking the regulator to decide the financial dispute itself. I am simply asking them to identify which approved ADR provider is actually available to independently review my complaint.

At this point, the situation is quite simple: I want to escalate the dispute to independent ADR, but I still cannot establish which ADR provider is authorised to accept the case.

I will update the complaint again as soon as CADRE, Axion, Anjouan or BuffBets provides clarification.

The fact they’ve offered settlement says all an ADR would need to know. I submitted my complaint to CADRE and hopefully they can look into it. Apparently quite common for one of these casinos to pay out small payments ( in my case 3x £1000 approved ) and then throw in breach of terms etc after your winnings accumulate. I had already contacted the licensing people months ago and they didn’t even respond. They need to stop these casinos operating in the UK. Banks will not do a chargeback as it’s classed as " civil dispute " not fraud apparently 😵‍💫 I’ve nothing to lose with it in my opinion.. already lost £6625

I’ve found the ARD for buffbets who operate under Tusitier Ltd to be CADRE. I hope this helps. It’s Like Blindluck operating under Green Champions.

if you search for Buffbets it’ll tell you its under Tusitier LTd along with 14 other sites operating under them and that their ADR drop down box is with CADRE 😄

Finally! So at this moment i have a case against Blindluck and Buffbets and they are al handled by Cadre so it will take up to 3 months so if everything will be right i would receive the below mentioned amounts:

Buffbets 4.140 EUR

Blindluck 980 EUR

Total 5.120 EUR

I also have a another case with Blindluck of 1.527 EUR but i think that if they are working correct i will only get 1.000 EUR of this amount because i don't have enought proof for the full amount but we will see.

Finally! I'm super excited for you. Still a bit hesitant because after what you've been through, well. Perhaps I just can't believe this is the final. 😆

I wait for the outcome, but I'm certainly hoping for the best! It's a very nice sum to get.

Have CADRE been in contact with you at all? I recieved an email just stating they have gotten my complaint but nothing since. Wondering if this is normal ? I’m also hoping they see that the casino just took £6625 off me using some vague terms and conditions they make up as they go along 😂 lesson to stay away from anything under the licence they operate on is totally learnt

I received a confirmation for both cases and they mentioned it can take up to 3 months because it's busy. So i expect within 3 month something.
