Kazeeno.com Withdrawal problem

I made two withdrawals from this casino on October 17th and October 18th. Today is Thursday, October 22nd, and I still haven’t received any information about the status of my withdrawals.

When I try to contact them via live chat, I’m talking to a bot. I also emailed them, but they only replied after two days, and it was another bot response.

Honestly, I have no idea what to do to get my money back.

If anyone knows anything about this casino, has had a similar experience, and eventually managed to get their money, I’d really appreciate it if you could share your experience with me.

Based on what you have described, you have only been waiting for a few days, so I would not be too worried yet. I understand that receiving no useful information about your withdrawals is frustrating, especially when you only get automated replies.

We usually allow casinos up to 14 days to process a withdrawal. Delays can sometimes be caused by a withdrawal queue, the payment processor, or a third-party payment provider, and the casino may not have a new update to provide every day. For now, patience is probably your best option.

If the status of your withdrawals does not change and you still receive no proper explanation as you approach the 14-day mark, please let us know. You can then submit a complaint, and our team will try to investigate what is happening.

Okay, så venter jeg, tak for svaret.
