XCM won't do anything at all. The owner Christopher is friend with the antillephone owner licence, they are both making money from management and licence fees, so they will only stand by their custumers.
I've complaint to the central bank of sin marteen where he get his finance authorisation, and I've deposit a complaint to legal field in NL.
Good luck, and keep me update, he will go to court for me as they weren't willing to solved that out of court.
New regulation are going to change it all in Curaçao

You really need to do all complaint like your should and have all reply before taking a lawyer (its important to show you tried everything).
- Complaint to casino
- Complaint to Operator and licence
- Police complaint
- ODR or legal complaint of your country

Hi guys. I am a new scammed by a bookmaker from Curaçao under license from Antillephone N.V.
Bookmaker is betadrian.lv and they close my account without pay my 2300€ wich i had on it. The reason were that they stopped to offer their services to my Country and they confiscated my founds
So i will attach the information of their licenses and if someone could tell me where and how can i make a report i would be greatfull

are you sure about the company name ? It doesn't exist in company register

Send an email to the address I have you, and give the casino name and company name.
Don't expect to have a reply fast.
