23 days raises a real concern, and I get that the resolution would be very appreciated. In my personal opinion, that money can still be somehow stuck in the intermediary banking chain. Which sadly prevent both the sender and the reciever of most actions. 🙁

I mean, you did excellent with verifying the transaction with your bank, because this is usually the only thing a player can do.

From the casino's side, though, the matter is completely different, because as far as I can conclude, the casino is at the very end of the payment chain.

I will keep this complaint open for the month as you suggested, but I expect 1xBet to explain why they are using suspicious numbers. I am still demanding 5,000 ETB for the 23 days of stress and this clear deception.

And I understand it has been a long time and other concerns play a role too for you. Based on my observations in the complaint, the process is still, in my opinion, at an early stage, despite the time that has passed. Therefore, please make sure to include a detailed description of the system problem, specifically the two names you mentioned, in the complaint.

To be fair and square, my opinion does not matter much, because Tomes is your mediator, and he needs to understand all the concerns you have very well.

However, to remain fair, compensation is not demandable from our side. This is not a court hearing, after all.

​As I mentioned before, this agent has also disappeared from the system since I escalated my case to Casino Guru. This is the second confirmed phone number associated with 1xBet that has been involved in withholding my funds. The fact that multiple agents (Nasri/Tolashii and Novel Mangistu) are involved in this suspicious behavior proves that 1xBet is not monitoring its payment channels in Ethiopia. I want both numbers to be investigated as part of this case.
