Yes, theoretically, it would be great to restrict the user reviews this way. On the other hand, I believe that the amount of user reviews submitted would drop by a lot.

I'm thinking that we could implement a new type of a user review. The first one would be the same as we have now, but there would be a new "verified" user review. This review would be publicly marked as "verified" and it would also have higher value in terms the overall user casino rating on our website.

Hm, I'll probably disappoint you, but I don't play anywhere. I like sports betting from time to time. I used to bet on William Hill, SkyBet, bet365, PaddyPower, Betfair, but I currently use our local Tipsport.

In pre Internet and algorithm times,yes. Back then you had in most pubs had one or two slots similar to the one in the picture. Only play them in your local pub where the barkeeper knows you, and second always be on good terms with them. They could tell me if someone won money and the slot is empty or did someone feed it during the day.
