Beskrivelse af sagen: -
Den 19. februar 2025 foretog jeg en indbetaling via UP-transaktion. Transaktionsbeløbet var 40000 INR. Beløbet er trukket fra min bankkonto. Men det er ikke blevet krediteret min konto indtil dato.
Jeg tjekkede med Casino, og de bad om at vente i 3 arbejdsdage, men i sidste konklusion fra Casino er "midlerne ikke modtaget, hvis beløbet er trukket, så tjek med din bank"
Jeg tjekkede også med Bank, og de har givet mig alt, hvad transaktionen var vellykket, og de kan ikke gøre noget lige nu.
Nu en fangst:-
Jeg tjekkede direkte med modtageren, da hans kontaktnummer var en del af UPI ID, bekræfter han, at han modtager beløbet samme dag.
Men post det, hvad der sker er uden for mit omfang.
Casino siger i øjeblikket, lad os vente i 2-3 dage; beløb vil blive tilbage på din konto, men hvordan kan en vellykket transaktion reflekteres tilbage.

I want to raise a complaint against Dafabet Casino.
Description for the Case: -
On 19th of Feb 2025, i made an deposit through UP transaction. The amount of transaction was 40000 INR. The amount is successfully deducted from my bank account. But its been not credited to my account till date.
I checked with Casino, and they requested to wait for 3 working days, But in last per conclusion by Casino is "Funds Not Received, if amount deducted please check with your bank"
I checked with Bank too, and they have given me everything that Transaction was successful, and they cant do anything as of now.
Now a catch:-
I checked with receiver directly, as his contact number was part of UPI ID, he confirms that he receive the amount the same day.
But post that, what's happening is out of my scope.
Casino currently says, lets wait for 2-3 days; amount will be back in your account, but how can a successful transaction can be reflected back.
Looking forward to your expert opinion, what should be done further.
