Jeg anmodede om en udbetaling af 800 AUD til Bitcoin den 27. juni. Det er stadig ikke blevet betalt.
Baggrund
Jeg er en erfaren online casinospiller. Med Luckystar har jeg foretaget hundredvis af indbetalinger og snesevis af udbetalinger. Siden det blev umuligt at hæve til kreditkort for et par år siden, har jeg med succes hævet til Bitcoin.
Jeg er blevet ID-verificeret.

Jeg foretog en vellykket udbetaling af 1000 AUD til Bitcoin den 15. maj. (Jeg havde foretaget mange andre vellykkede udbetalinger til Bitcoin i de foregående to år.)
Normalt tager Bitcoin-udbetalinger på Luckystar én dag. Maksimalt to dage.
Den 27. juni hævede jeg 800 AUD. Ingen forskel i forhold til normalt.
Jeg modtog øjeblikkeligt e-mailsvaret 'Afventer udbetaling' fra casinoet. Og min konto viste det hævede beløb.
Den 20. juni, efter jeg ikke havde modtaget min udbetaling, kontaktede jeg online chatsupport. (vedhæftet) De undskyldte og sagde: "Din udbetaling vil blive behandlet snart."
Den 22. juni, da jeg stadig ikke havde modtaget mine penge, kontaktede jeg chatsupport igen. (vedhæftet) De undskyldte og sagde: "Din udbetaling er stadig i gang" , og at jeg kunne kontakte deres finansafdeling på .
Jeg skrev til finansafdelingen med den samme anmodning.
Den 27. juni, efter endnu en uge uden betaling og intet svar eller endda bekræftelse fra finansteamet, kontaktede jeg igen chatsupport. De sagde: "Finansteamet er opmærksomme på din anmodning, og de arbejder på at behandle din udbetaling så hurtigt som muligt. Vi beder bare om lidt tålmodighed. Når alt er klar, vil du blive underrettet via mail."
Jeg spurgte, om jeg skulle annullere den ventende udbetaling og gøre det igen. De svarede: "Jeg foreslår, at du venter, da de allerede har taget din sag imod. Vær tålmodig, og undskyld forsinkelsen."
Jeg skrev igen til finansafdelingen.
Intet svar.
En anden uge, den 5. juli, skriver jeg til (vedhæftet)
De svarer ret hurtigt: "Vores finansteam vil gennemgå din anmodning hurtigst muligt, og du vil modtage en e-mail-besked om resultatet."
Den 7. juli svarer jeg til support. (vedhæftet)
Endnu en uge går. Ingen betaling, intet svar.
Den 15. juli skriver jeg til Support igen. (vedhæftet)
Den 17. juli svarede supporten. Igen undskylder de. Igen beder de mig om tålmodighed. "Vær forvisset om, at vi arbejder på at fremskynde godkendelsesprocessen og vil holde dig opdateret om status for din anmodning."
I dag
Fra i dag (22. juli) har jeg ikke modtaget yderligere korrespondance. Og ingen betaling.
Som du kan se i mine e-mails/chat, har jeg været utrolig høflig og forstående . Jeg har tilbudt at annullere min udbetaling og indsende den igen. Jeg har spurgt dem, om det kun er mig , eller om de har problemer med alle. Hvis det er sidstnævnte tilfælde, forstår jeg, at de kan have komplekse tekniske problemer.
Alternativet er, at de hakker på mig!
Deres online chatsupport og deres e-mailsvar på support@ er helt tydeligt designet til at holde mig rolig og til at blive ved med at udsætte og forsinke. De siger endda på et tidspunkt, at de ikke rigtig har noget at gøre med deres finansafdeling. LOL.
Jeg har naturligvis ikke spillet hos Luckystar, mens jeg ventede på min betaling. (Og det har uden tvivl kostet Luckystar mere, end de skal betale mig!)
Jeg har næsten opgivet det her som en tabt sag nu. Men ... bare for min egen sindsro ville det være dejligt at vide, at det ikke er 'personligt' og rettet mod mig!
Hvis Luckystar går konkurs og ikke betaler nogen, så er det fair nok. Jeg forstår det. Ikke glad, men jeg forstår.
Men de er stadig i drift. Du kan stadig logge på og spille. Jeg modtager stadig e-mails fra deres kampagne- og supportteams.
Så jeg er bange for, at måske, bare måske ... de bare ikke kan lide mig.
Jeg sætter virkelig pris på dine tanker og kommentarer.

I requested a withdrawal of AUD 800 to Bitcoin on 27 June. It has still not been paid.
Background
I am an experienced online casino player. With Luckystar I have made 100's of deposits, and dozens of withdrawals. Since withdrawing to credit card became impossible a couple of years ago I have withdrawn successfully to Bitcoin.
I have been ID verified.
I do not play any bonuses, etc, which may require play-through requirements.
Current
I made a successful withdrawal of AUD 1000 to Bitcoin on 15 May. (I had made lots of other successful withdrawals to Bitcoin in the previous two years.)
Usually, Bitcoin withdrawals on Luckystar take one day. Two days at maximum.
On 27 June I made a withdrawal of AUD 800. No difference to normal.
I received the immediate 'Pending Withdrawal' email response from the casino. And my account reflected the amount withdrawn.
On 20 June, after not receiving my withdrawal I contacted online chat support. (attached) They apologised, and said: "your withdrawal will be processed soon."
On 22 June, still not receiving my money, I contacted chat support again. (attached) They apologised, and said: "your withdrawal still in progress", and that I could contact their Finance department at finance@luckystar.io.
I wrote to the Finance team with the same request.
On 27 June, after another week without payment, and no response or even acknowledgement from the Finance team, I again contacted chat support. They said: "The finance team is aware of your request, they are working on processing your withdrawal as fast as possible. We just ask for a little patience, when everything is ready you will be notified by mail."
I asked if I should cancel the pending withdrawal, and do it again. They answered: "I suggest you to wait because they have already taken your case, please be patient, and sorry for the delay."
I again wrote to the Finance team.
No response.
Another week, on 5 July I write to support@luckystart.io. (attached)
They reply quite quickly: "Our finance team will review your request promptly, and you will receive an email notification regarding the outcome"
On 7 July I reply to Support. (attached)
Another week passes. No payment, no reply.
On 15 July I write to Support again. (attached)
On 17 July Support reply. Again, they apologise. Again, they ask me for patience. "Please be assured that we are working to expedite the approval process and will keep you updated on the status of your request."
Today
As of today (22 July) I have had no further correspondence. And no payment.
As you can see from my emails/chat I have been incredibly polite and understanding. I have offered to cancel my withdrawal and re-submit it. I have asked them if it is just me, or they are having problems with everyone. If it is the latter case I understand they may have complex technical issues.
The alternative is that they are picking on me!
Very clearly, their online chat support, and their email support@ replies are simply designed to keep me calm, and to keep deferring and delaying. They even say at one point that they don't really have anything to do with their Finance department. LOL.
Obviously, I have not played at Luckystar while waiting for my payment. (And this has no doubt cost Luckystar more than the amount they have to pay me!)
I have almost given this up as a lost cause now. However... just for my own piece of mind it would be great to know that this is not 'personal' and directed at me!
If Luckystar are going broke, and not paying anyone, fair enough. I understand. Not happy, but understand.
But they are still operating. You can still log on and play. I am still receiving emails from their promotions and support teams.
So I fear that maybe, just perhaps... they just don't like me.
