On August 31st I tried to then ban myself permanently for sports betting but their website wouldn’t let me.
i went on live chat and explained the situation. I was first told it wasn’t handled there and I needed to do it myself thru my account. I explained that it was not possible or on their website which I was then told it would be escalated and I would hear back within 24-48 hours.
I heard back on sept 1st stating I was indeed banned permanently from the whole site. I was not.
I could still deposit and bet sports which I did and lost $900 afterwards.
I am requesting my account to be banned permanently and my deposits of $900 made after sept 1st to be returned to me as I should NOT have been able to bet or deposit as per my request and their response.
