Den 15. januar i år (2025) bad jeg Roobet om en permanent selvudelukkelse/sletning af min konto via e-mail. Efter "nedkølingsperioden" for at sikre mig, at jeg virkelig ville udelukke, modtog jeg en e-mail fra dem igen, hvor de spurgte mig, hvor længe jeg ville udelukke, og jeg svarede.
"Slet venligst min konto permanent og fuldstændigt, jeg vil aldrig spille på Roobet igen," fik jeg at vide som svar.
"Hej. Din konto er nu ved at blive slettet efter din anmodning."
og derefter blev min konto deaktiveret, og jeg kunne slet ikke logge ind eller få adgang til den, men de slettede den IKKE.
Jeg må indrømme, at jeg under denne proces ikke specifikt fortalte casinoet, at jeg stod over for ludomani, men præsenterede det som om, jeg var utilfreds med selve casinoet. Dette skyldtes, at jeg var flov over at indrømme min afhængighed, især over for den udbyder, jeg havde givet mine penge til i næsten 6 år.
På nuværende tidspunkt ville det være rimeligt at antage, at jeg som spiller nu er udelukket fra Roobet uden mulighed for at komme tilbage, ikke?...
Nå, omkring en måned senere, den 14. februar, huskede jeg, at jeg havde omkring $100~ i uafhentede henvisninger, og da jeg ikke ville lade det blive smidt i Roobets' lommer, spurgte jeg dem, om der var en måde at låse min konto op igen, og jeg fik at vide, ja, jeg kan låse den op igen efter at have besvaret deres spørgeskema om ludomani.
Jeg må indrømme, at jeg løj, da jeg svarede. Jeg var ikke ærlig, fordi jeg var bange for, at jeg ikke ville være i stand til at genvinde kontoen og få de 100 dollars i mine henvisninger, hvis jeg svarede anderledes.
4 dage efter min første e-mail om at låse kontoen op, låste de min konto op igen den 18. februar, og indtil for et par dage siden forblev den fuldt funktionel, og jeg har været i stand til at indbetale, spille og hæve, alt.
For et par dage siden deaktiverede de min spiloplevelse og mine ind- og udbetalinger, men de tilbagekaldte ikke min adgang til kontoen. Dette skyldes, at jeg begyndte at sende dem en e-mail om denne situation og hvordan jeg kunne løse den. (De var ikke villige til at løse det via e-mail, så derfor tyede jeg til denne klage)
Jeg foreslår, at de endnu engang lukker og sletter min konto fuldstændigt (permanent og seriøst denne gang), får en delvis refusion af tab fra det tidspunkt, den blev låst op igen, samt giver mig mulighed for at hæve min resterende saldo. (I skrivende stund har jeg omkring $13 fra henvisningskrav på min BTC-saldo på siden, som jeg gerne vil hæve - hvis det resterende kravsbeløb i mine henvisninger er under deres minimumskrav på $5, kan jeg godt glemme det.)
Jeg forstår, at der er et stort hul mellem den dag, det blev låst op, og nu, så derfor mener jeg, at en delvis refusion af tabte gevinster og ikke fuld refusion ville være acceptabel. Grunden til, at jeg ventede så længe, er, at jeg var faldet tilbage i afhængigheden, og for nylig har jeg taget skridt til at minimere og fjerne ludomani helt fra mit liv og tage denne afhængighed mere alvorligt.
Roobets egen side om ansvarligt spil angiver meget tydeligt "Selvudelukkelse er irreversibel og kan ikke ændres af vores team." Jeg mener, at de ikke har fulgt sikre spilleprocedurer med min konto ved at genåbne en permanent udelukket spillerkonto (for slet ikke at tale om, at det blev lovet ville blive SLET)
For at præcisere, at beløbet på $13, jeg har sat for denne tvist, simpelthen er beløbet på min BTC-saldo på Roobet lige nu. Jeg er ikke sikker på, hvad mine samlede tab fra "Ulåst" til "Nu" vil være. Jeg prøvede at spørge deres live support for et par dage siden, men min sag blev lukket med det samme.

SS6 - Roobet bekræfter min anmodning og informerer mig om, at min konto bliver slettet.

On January 15th of this year (2025) I asked Roobet for a permanent self exclusion/deletion of my account via email. After the "cooldown" period to make sure I really want to exclude I received an email from them again asking me how long I wanted to exclude for and I replied
"Please permanently entirely delete my account forever i do not ever want to play on roobet again", I was told in response
"Hello. Your account is now in the process of being deleted per your request."
and after that my account was disabled and I could not log in or access it at all, but they did NOT delete it.
I will admit that during this process, I did not specifically tell the casino that I was facing gambling addiction issues and presented it as me being upset with the casino itself. This is because I was embarrassed to admit my addiction especially to the very operator I had been feeding my money to for the last almost 6 years.
At this point it would be reasonable to assume that I as a player am now excluded from Roobet with no ability to come back right?...
Well about 1 month later on February 14th I remembered that I had about $100~ in unclaimed referrals and not wanting to let that get thrown in the void of Roobets pockets I asked them if there was a way to unlock my account again and was told yes, I can unlock it again after answering their gambling addiction questionnaire.
Admittedly, I did lie when answering. I was not truthful because I was scared I wouldn't be able to recover the account and get the $100 in my referrals If I answered otherwise.
4 days after my initial email to unlock the account, on February 18th they unlocked my account again and up until a few days ago it remained entirely functional and Ive been able to deposit and play and withdraw, everything.
A few days ago they disabled my gameplay and deposits/withdraws but did not revoke my access to the account. This is because I began the process of emailing them about this situation and how to resolve it. (They were unwilling to resolve it over email so thats why I resorted to this complaint)
I propose to them to once again fully close and delete my account (permanently for real this time) and a partial refund of losses from the time it was unlocked again, aswell as allow me to withdraw my remaining balance. (As of writing I have about $13 from referral claims in my BTC balance on site I would like to withdraw - if the remaining claimable amount in my refs is under their minimum of $5 claim I am fine to forget about it)
I understand there is a large gap between the day it was unlocked and now so that is why I believe a partial refund of losses and not full would be acceptable. The reason for waiting so long is because I had fallen back into the addiction and recently I have been taking steps to minimize and remove gambling from my life entirely and take this addiction more seriously.
Roobets own responsible gambling page very clearly states "Self-Exclusion is irreversible and cannot be modified by our team." I believe they have failed to follow safe gambling procedures with my account by re-opening a permanently excluded player account (let alone that was assured will be DELETED)
Also to clarify the $13 amount I have set for this dispute is simply the amount of money in my BTC Balance on Roobet right now, I am not sure what my total losses from Unlocked to Now would be. I tried to ask their live support a few days ago but my ticket was instantly closed.
I will attach screenshots of me requesting permanent exclusion/deletion and the confirmation from Roobet that I was excluded and my account would be deleted.
