I forlængelse af vores tidligere kommunikation havde vi detaljeret beskrevet årsagerne til, at det specifikke dokument (apostille) oprindeligt blev anmodet om (se venligst vores e-mail dateret 9. april) . Vi bemærker også, at vi som en undtagelse havde aftalt med klienten at acceptere dette dokument i elektronisk form.
Efter yderligere kommunikation, og igen undtagelsesvis, anmodede vi klienten om at fremlægge et notariseret dokument uden apostille.
Som anført i din e-mail af 10. april blev det aftalt, at et notariseret dokument uden apostille ville være acceptabelt.
Efter at have været i kontakt med klienten, modtog vi dog et notariseret dokument dateret 4. marts 2020. I betragtning af processens krav beder vi venligst klienten om at fremlægge et opdateret, notariseret dokument udstedt inden for de seneste otte (8) måneder.
Bemærk venligst, at dette er den tredje alternative løsning, vi har foreslået klienten for at lette processens fremskridt, på trods af at disse er undtagelser fra vores standardkrav.
Det bemærkes også, at de dokumenter, vi accepterer, er specifikke, og vi har allerede undtagelsesvis anmodet om andre dokumenter end dem, der er angivet i vores vilkår og betingelser. ( Og kunden har accepteret )
Derudover er klienten blevet informeret om, at yderligere dokumentation kan anmodes om når som helst.
Selvom kunden har overtrådt vilkårene ved ikke at følge proceduren og truer med retssager, har vi givet dem mulighed for at fuldføre processen.

Further to our previous communication, we had outlined in detail the reasons for which the specific document (apostille) was initially requested (please refer to our email dated 9 April). We also note that, as an exception, we had agreed with the client to accept this document in electronic form.
Following further communication, and again on an exceptional basis, we requested that the client provide a notarized document without apostille.
As stated in your email of 10 April, it was agreed that a notarized document without apostille would be acceptable.
However, after liaising with the client, we received a notarized document dated 4 March 2020. Given the requirements of the process, we kindly request that the client provide an updated notarized document issued within the last eight (8) months.
Please note that this constitutes the third alternative solution we have proposed to the client in order to facilitate the progression of the process, despite these being exceptions to our standard requirements.
It is also noted that the documents we accept are specific and we have already on an exceptional basis, requested different documents from those set out in our terms and conditions. (And the customer has accepted)
Furthermore, the client has been informed that additional documentation may be requested at any time.
Despite the fact that the customer has violated the terms by not following the procedure and is threatening legal action, we have given them the opportunity to complete the process.
