      The management at this casino franchise did something to me that was absolutely despicable. I haven't played here for quite a long time only because of something that this casino (or their processor) did and then turned around and blamed me for it. The type of player that I am I periodically shut down accounts for cool down times. Well, there was one time in which, during one of those cool down periods where I had shut the casino account down that the casino's processor tried to charge my bank a duplicate charge that they had already charged several months prior. Well when I contacted customer service about it I was instructed that there was nothing that they could do about it. And the customer service rep said after he inquired with their cashier and that the instructions were for me to dispute the charge because it was a mistake made by their processor that had affected many hundreds of customers across the real-time gaming footprint. So I did just that as instructed. Well when I went to reopen my account I was told by their manager that I could not reopen my account because I had a charge back ...notwithstanding I had made thousands of dollars of deposits for years across all of their brands without issue and the amount that had the issue due to their processor mistake was roughly only about $35 to $75. When I explained to him that this was a mistake of their processor (THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF) and their customer service agent instructed me to do as I did and that I was only following the casino customer service instructions he simply said the decision was made and disconnected the call. And then did close all of my casino accounts across all of their sister brands. Absolutely despicable behavior and to this day I still cannot log in!

      Hi John, I'm not sure of your agenda here or why you're writing this after an incident that occured FIVE YEARS AGO.

      A full explanation and information was given to you in December 2019 and due to your breach of the casino terms and condition your accounts were closed with CasinoMax and throughout the group of casinos as a result.

      After the time that has passed by, I feel it would be incorrect to go over this again, to avoid any contradition. CasinoGuru also closed down your complaint as there is no case to be had.

      The slots were awful, sometimes they hanging, also could not get a single hit on thousands of dollars plaid through. Such a joke that any reputable site would recommend them as legit. Also they have terrible CS.

      Decent bonuses and chat, deposited a few times, but no luck at all. Can't comment on withdrawal, since my luck here apparently is terrible. 212.00 and not one time hitting free spins bonus.

      Verification was thorough but in the end staff was very helpful & available to walk me through the entire process from winning to verification, then cashout.       Horrible! Deposited multiple times in a 24hr period and not eligible for any kind of cashback at all. Never had this at any online casino. Their minimum deposit is higher than most and I won NOTHING, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. SAME WITH CHERRY JACKPOT. Asked to speak to supervisor and Chris, whom I had on chat earlier in the day also, just so happened to be the senior on staff. I don’t think so. BS Casino!!!!

      Ive played on numerous casinos - from wildcasino to ignition to bitstars and hands down - CasinoMax is the worst casino I have ever played on. This review is the same for any of its sister sites as well. (Cherry Jackpot, Spinfinity, etc)

      Lets first start with bonus terms. Every bonus they offer is designed on take your money. Many better casinos will offer a bonus in the way of an actual bonus. Where you can cancel it, or where its a seperate balance from your deposit. Casinomax on the other hand combines your deposit with your bonus, locks it and forces you to rollover the combined amount. Also they have no leniency. I accidentally did a few spins of $12 while completeing an extremely lucky run and after trying to withdraw, they denied it because the rules state the max bet is $10. The example I gave is my fault at the end, so I cant give to much hate - but the bonus rules are ridiculous none the less

      Customer service is horrible. Games lag and glitch and customer service does nothing about it. Ive hit a retrigger on a bonus game that didnt pay out 3 different time. I tried talking to CS and was told they dont see it - but cant show me.

      Withdraws take forever, KYC takes forever and they do everything in their power to delay your withdraw so you will gamble and lose it.

      Please do not play on this casino. They are the worst by far

If it turns out there was a glitch you will of course be compensated correctly for that. However, on the game logs there is nothing that suggests a win occurred.

      The complaint you opened with CasinoGuru went unanswered and was subsequently closed due to lack of information on your part. As for the comment about customer service being horrible, I assume this came from your frustration at that time?

      Our KYC is very straightforward, photo ID and recent proof of address and all is complete. Withdrawals take between 2 and 5 days as we quote onsite, usually quicker and as long as your KYC docs check out.

      I will give this place a 2 star rating. I always give place the benefit of a doubt. Signed up and made a deposit of 50.00 with the match bonus of course. A little over 1$ a spin. And caught ONE bonus feature. As a new customer, you would think they would want you to at least be on the positive side. I would tread carefully for those who decides to play here

      I won recently and am just a little disappointed in how long it is taking to get paid. I won on 4/9/22 and was just notified that my check will be arriving 4/23/22 via Fedex.

      I did have to verify and I think that took longer than expected. All in all, it has not been a bad experience.

      It is an RTG provider so the game selection is limited to RTG.

      I did have the opportunity to use the live chat function a number of times and they were quick and courteous.

      They have very limited withdrawal methods. I would have liked to have made a Bitcoin withdrawal but they only offer wire transfers or courier checks (U.S resident). Since my credit union does not have a SWIFT number, I had to use the check method. (I now have to wait for a two-week hold at my credit union because it is an international check and that is their policy.

      So, from the date I won (4/9/22) until I actually have access to the funds on 5/4/22, is quite a while. But hey, I am just grateful that they pay out.

      All in all, not a bad experience.

      There has been a issue everytime I’ve won. I requested a withdrawal and they are requesting I verify cards I’ve already verified. I haven’t used the cards in months due to having all new cards. And they are giving me every excuse in the world as to why I haven’t been paid. And the card I used for deposit has been verified.

      I used a coupon NEW222 with a small deposit, the playthrough was about $4,600. I have cleared that as of yesterday and I am still playing. I have not requested a withdrawal, so I cannot comment on that, but the games are definitely fair.

      Well I really enjoyed playing on their site, and I won $600. I was SUPPOSE to have the money in my account by last night ( the latest) and sure enough it’s NOT in my account. It’s been over 10 days and over 5 business days. I will change my rating IF and WHEN I get my $$$. How does a site with sooooo many sister sites not be able to pay out???? All details for the withdrawal are provided by the player, so this should be confirmed with the casino before they send again.The withdrawal has been added back to your account and a message has been sent to you. This amount is also sat in pending state as I type this, ready for cashing out once again but this time to a similar but not the same bank account number.

      It would be great if you can update your review in light of the reason for the delay in you receiving your money.
