I am writing this to warn other players about a confirmed technical malfunction at CryptoCasino.com. I am a high-volume player with over 130,000 XP. Their technical malfunction costed me about 10.000 USDT - 20.000 USDT. I don't know exact number because turns out their history bar does not work for last year. I never got the money which I wasn't able to wager due to their "flawed" wager system. In e-mail correspondence they just stopped answering. Complete scammers.

I have official email correspondence from the site Administrator (Johnny) where he explicitly confesses that their reward and wagering system is "flawed." His exact words were: "The way that coin/bonus system behaves is… flawed. It’s technically written into the terms. No, that doesn’t make it a good player experience." He further stated that they are in the process of "changing it," not just tweaking it, because of these issues.

Because of this "flawed" behavior, my 1x wagering rewards were voided by the system despite my generating over $130,000 in wagering volume. The operator has acknowledged the system is not fit for purpose but has failed to provide a fair settlement for the rewards lost due to this confirmed malfunction.

Edit on their lies, 24. April: they excluded me from using any bonuses or promotions on their site due to "internal decision" - of course I have all the documentation needed to prove it. No given reason - probably just because I gave a bad review. Today also they sent me an e-mail to complete the KYC even though they commericalize as a NO-KYC required site.

I see their admins often comment to justify themselves. I wish they comment it here so I can destroy them with all the evidence I have. Btw in order for this post to be approved I had to deliver all the evidence to CasinoGuru which I did. They understand how big this is.
I filed a complain to Curacao authorities to shut them down and to return my money back.

The operator has released a template response on third-party review sites. I wish to address their claims with facts that they have conveniently omitted:

1. The "Goodwill" vs. "Silence" Reality
The operator claims they "engaged directly." This is false. After promising to "calculate" the total missing rewards, the operator ignored four consecutive emails over 10 days. They only "engaged" publicly once their reputation was at risk on AskGamblers. Also, goodwill of $200 WAS NOT $200, INSTEAD IT WAS A WAGER BONUS.

2. Admission of an Unfair System
The operator admits they are "improving" and "updating" their system to be "fairer and more transparent." This is a public confession that the system I was forced to use was unfair and opaque. You cannot admit a system is "flawed" and then refuse to compensate a high-volume VIP who lost $10,750 in value due to those admitted flaws.

3. The 2025 "Archive" is Data Suppression
The operator admits my 2025 data "exists" but is "archived." Under standard gaming regulations, a player is entitled to their full transaction and reward history. The operator has refused to provide the total value of rewards purchased with coins in 2025. I wagered significantly more in 2025 than in 2026; by hiding this data, they are hiding the true scale of their liability.

4. False Claims of "Gameplay Breaches"
The operator alleges "repeated breaches of bonus rules" to justify a retaliatory bonus ban. I challenge the operator to provide the AskGamblers mediator with the specific transaction IDs and dates of these alleged breaches occurring prior to my reporting of the software flaw. This is a fabricated justification for punishing a whistleblower.

5. Irrelevance of "Net Loss"
The operator’s focus on my "net loss" is a logical fallacy. My claim is about unusable products purchased in a store. If a customer buys a defective item at a retail store, the store cannot refuse a refund by pointing out that the customer has a high salary. I earned these rewards through $130,000+ in wagering volume; the operator has a contractual obligation to provide functional rewards.

Conclusion:
The operator’s response is an admission of guilt wrapped in corporate excuses. They used a "flawed" system, they know it, and they are now "changing it." I am seeking the full $10,750 verified for 2026 and a GCB-supervised audit of the "archived" 2025 data.

For anyone reading this on Casino Guru, here are the relevant facts.

There has been no technical malfunction.

We reached out to the player as soon as they raised the issue and were first to acknowledge that there is an inherent "flaw" in how bonus systems operate across the industry, particularly around wagering mechanics and how multiple bonuses interact.

These mechanics are clearly defined within the Terms and Conditions, including that bonuses should be completed individually rather than stacked. However, acknowledging that something is standard does not mean it cannot be improved.

The player is referring to how bonuses are structured. This follows a standard approach used by the vast majority of online casinos, where real balance is used before bonus balance when clearing wagering requirements.

We agree this is not the best player experience. The system in place was the default configuration used across brands operating on our platform provider, and it had already been under internal review. We have since taken the decision to improve this and are updating our bonuses so wagering can be completed using both real balance and bonus balance together, creating a fairer and more transparent system.

That is the context behind our acknowledgement of the system being "flawed". It was not an admission of a system error or missing funds.

There was also no admission, at any point, that wagering is a "scam". That characterisation is entirely incorrect. The system operates as defined within the terms and follows standard industry practice.

To be clear on the actual activity:

• The player did not lose 10,000 to 20,000 USDT
• The player’s total net loss is $4,736
• These losses were incurred through normal gameplay and are unrelated to the bonus structure
• The coins referenced were earned through wagering and tournament play, not purchased

The issue raised relates specifically to the use of those coins.

The player redeemed 10 bonuses using coins, with an equivalent value of approximately $500, and generated winnings of $794.14.

Following a review, we credited a further $200 goodwill. The player was advised to wait while improvements to the bonus system were being implemented. This was ignored, and the credit was immediately exchanged into four additional bonuses under the same system, generating a further $401.80.

So the total outcome was:
$794.14 + $401.80 = $1,195.94

This was generated from coins which have no direct cash value.

No rewards were "voided". The bonuses were used and produced winnings, as shown above.

It is also relevant that during separate bonus play, the player generated winnings of $5,240. During the wagering process, multiple bonus terms were not adhered to. Despite this, and due to limitations in automated flagging at the time, the player was still able to withdraw $1,030 from those winnings.

This has not been referenced when describing "flaws" in the system.

Describing the goodwill credit as a "bribe" is over-dramatic. It was a standard gesture following a review of the case.

There were no voided cash balances and no missing funds.

The claim regarding missing historical data is also misleading. Player-facing history is limited due to the volume of gameplay processed daily, with older data archived to maintain platform performance. This does not mean the data does not exist.

It has also been suggested that the account was excluded from bonuses due to this review. This is incorrect.

Restrictions were initially applied following a review of account activity which identified repeated breaches of bonus clearing rules. As a gesture of fairness, the player was then briefly allowed access again to utilise the remaining coins on the account.

Despite being advised to wait while improvements to the bonus system were being implemented, those coins were used in the same manner as before, under the existing structure.

The subsequent restriction of bonuses was therefore based on gameplay behaviour and system integrity, not on any review or public comment.

We engaged directly, reviewed the case, and issued a goodwill credit. Communication was paused only after repeated demands and threats of escalation that went beyond the scope of the actual issue.

We are comfortable with the full account record and correspondence being reviewed in context and will cooperate fully with any formal review.

Sad that I drained quite there. But thats not the case. I wagered and played a lot. I could not access live chat, quene is long, so support is not well managed or wait time on purpouse created. No solutins on matters, no answer on emails. If they manage withdrawals as support than it could be the issue. I usually do reasearch before play but this was not the place I would like to stumble on.
I claimed high tear and recieved pop up about bonus.
