So do I understand correctly that you are going through account verification and need to send the ID or passport to the casino? Why can't these things be provided? Is there an explanation for this?

So do you have any replacement of your ID that you sent to the casino or you can't send anything at all because you have nothing? Is it stuck at this point or what?

According to what you describe, you will have to provide the casino with an ID. If you want to withdraw money this is required and verification is mandatory in almost every casino. Sometimes maybe not right at the first withdrawal but often it is right at that moment. 

So definitely try to go through this process and I believe you will be able to complete it successfully.

Jeg indsendte den til casinoet til godkendelse. Jeg modtog også svar fra casinoet. De sagde, at jeg ikke kunne få det ID-kort, jeg havde givet, og de bad mig om at skrive datoen på et andet stykke papir og vedhæfte ID-kortet til det og sende det til Canada. Derfor skulle jeg betale. Årsagen er, at mit ID-kort var blevet væk på grund af en naturkatastrofe, og selvom jeg viste billedet i galleriet, sagde casinoet, at det ikke kunne godkendes.
