Dobrý den, potřebuji pomoct dohromady jsem do 5gringos dal 100.000Kč a nakonec se mi podařilo vyhrát zpátky 320.000Kč samozřejmě chci vybrat, ale ejhle najednou jsem narazil limity na výběr mám 20.000Kč na den a maximálně 3x výběr, dokud nebude výběr schválen, tak nemohu požádat o další. Čtu si samé negativní recenze, jak 5gringos nevyplací výhry, nebo s měsíčními zpožděními. Není taková praktika nelegální? Přeci nemohou chtít po hračích "úrovně" aby si mohli vybrat pouze zlomek zpátky. Jak mám postupovat? Na meily nikdo neodpovídá, live support je autobot, docela se bojím, že o své peníze přijdu. Mám kontaktovat právníka a podat žalobu? Nebo co mám sakra dělat abych dostal své peníze! Přeci nemohou jednat takhle protizákonně! Díky
