I have fully verified my account according to the website because its says no verification required and i tried from the other acc that i had it ezeewallet and its taking forever to withdrawl it doesn’t say rejected or anything this time but what the point of doing when am not getting my money on time but when its about depositing it done in seconds so can you please talk to the Amunraa team they don’t even reply my mail

I'm sorry to say that, but the option I can offer is to submit a complaint for the moment. Yet I would like to know since when your withdrawals get rejected, please? Because normally, we allow casinos 14 full days to verify the account (not the case right?) and proceed with the payout.
