I have tried to withdraw money from my betmaster account via netbanking. From last 20 days they replying me that netbanking is not available for withdrawals and it will be available soon. But from 20 days still problem is not solved. And in chat there are not giving any contact details of authorised person of betmaster or their payment provider. Ther are talking like they are not responsible for this.

This issue is there form 2 months. They always reply that the issue will be solved soon. And they also not giving any contact no of payment provider so we can ask streight to them that how much time it will take fmto resolve this issue

And if payment provider have issue for withdrawal then why they do not have issue for deposite. Deposite is successfully accepted by them

This casino is the worst i ever played. I bought bonuses from slots (sweet Bonanza, sugar rush etc). The balance was reduced but the winnings didn't showed in the balance. If you want to withdraw money they make it very difficult. I didn't manage so far to withdraw any money. The support does not respond to your actual question. I believe that this cazino is a scam
