Tbh I'm not at all bothered if they blacklist me, theyre operating in bad faith and probably fraudulent too. If you wait too long you run out of time to take any action against them whatsoever, which is what I think theyre doing by locking people into the verification loops.

I've since learnt that HILAQUA, the name they use on your bank statements is a mismatched shell merchant so they can bypass legitimate gambling laws withing the UK, specifically used for transaction laundering, so I'd rather cut my losses of the withdrawal amount (which is highly likely to never materialise in my bank) and let my bank investigate it, I have a very strong case of recouping all deposits I've made, Ive got just under 200 pieces of papertrail evidence.

My advice to anyone is to steer clear from Betmica and any if their sister sites and dont wait too long to start a complaint, dont let them run your clock down in hope of payment.

Also if you wish to start a case with your bank to chargeback your deposit due to their failure to provide goods and services you must do this within 120 days!
