tbey rejected my first withdrawal and asked for my passport which they then accepted and approved the withdrawal.

still seems like a scam website and I think I got lucky as they processed my first withdrawal.

As I can’t resolve it with them directly I want to involve an independent ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) provider, but it needs to be the right one associated to the Betmica3 platform.

I believe the licensing information concerning Betmica and Win Top Ltd is operating under Win Top Ltd’s Anjouan licence, reference ALSI-202509029-FI1. However, the current licensing information identifies betmica.com amongst numerous domains associated with this licence, but I have been unable to verify www.betmica3.com as an authorised domain under that licence, and this particular URL/platform was where my account was being held.

Further research shows The Anjouan Gaming Authority currently recognises four ADR providers: EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR and CADRE B.V. 

I want to identify the correct ADR approved by the Betmica3 platform so I can follow the correct procedure and lodge an official complaint with an independent body, so any clarity around the Betmica3 license number or correct ADR provider would be much appreciated.
