This happened to me!!!!!

they paid me £500 out within 24 hours and then I had another £500 pending for 3 days. Then another £300 and now they have closed my account and refunded a deposit for £100

Did you guys get your pay out? My withdrawal has been successful stated on their website, I chose bank transfer now long does this usually take?

is this your first withdrawal? once mine was successful it took around 3 working days.

ah this isn't looking promising. I've had a successful first with drawal of £100 just with my driving license. I've now got nearly 4k sat there, I've submitted a withdrawal for £500, and as everyone else they've requested a selfie with the licence, proof of address and bank statement. the selfie was verified, but then I received an email saying they needed the other 2 even though id sent them, spoke to lovely "John" and it said there's no record of me submitting them. so I've uploaded them again but I can imagine its all delay tactics etc. I've started taking screenshots and screen recordings just incase. But I'm not very optimistic I'll get paid out

Yes I done a bank transfer too. Reading everyone else's comments I think it seems the first ones are going through then after that it's a struggle

Ive got withdrawls worth £1500 in review but not holding out much hope for that...Ive stupidly lost the rest but thats what they wanted...Im not giving them another penny ...I think its a bit of a wake up call to stop giving online casinos my money..

I'm going to wait and see what happens with this £500 request before I submit another. I don't want to give them another reason to delay it. At the moment what's sat there is nothing more than monopoly money if it can't be withdrawn 🙄

They just hit you with more verification over and over again of the same things you’ve already sent in previous ones. I made a complain on here about them but it’s not likely any of us get paid out I’ve uploaded absolutely everything required, they even wanted a tax statement which I done. Biggest scam site ever

Definetly a scam site..Everybody seems to get £500 back from the 1st request and all identity checks pass..Then the problems start from there..Its as if they hope that you will start pumping your money in from fresh deposits...Ive gave them £100 and got £500 back and still have £1500 in withdrawls pending which im certain i wont be getting..Just trying to stop other gamblers from using these dirty scammers..

After 2 weeks ive finally passed the selfie verification..Thats 4 stages of verification ive passed..Theyve put my requested withdrawls back into my account and asked for a 5th verification proccess...Dirty rotten scammers...Ive told them to stick it up their arse..

Yeah that’s what they do just request additional details then which is basically a tax statement showing your income and bank statements again showing deposits even know that’s already been verified in previous security

Ive only deposited £100 and they basically want to know where it came from...They can go feck themselfs...Ive walked away with a £400 profit and to be honest they probably done me a favour as im.finished online casinos..

What is the other 5 verification step please? What they want from you now?

the 5th step is like tax statement for the last year and proof of income again. I sent all that and now they have also just requested this, this is like the 8th step now for me

Okay, what the casino is asking you for now sounds fairly standard for KYC, and I don’t think it should be particularly difficult or time-consuming to provide.

So I’d send them what they requested and definitely let us know how things develop from there.

I can imagine it must already be getting quite tiring to keep sending one document after another without the verification actually being completed. Hopefully, this will finally be one of the last steps.

I just can’t see this being the last step if I’m honest. I can see them asking for the same thing again they’ve asked for in previous KYC. It’s insane how much I’ve sent over all starting from the 8th of August which I have sent everything instantly aswell. But then they don’t reply to each things till 3-4 working days later. It all just seems like a scam if I’m honest

Yeah i agree its neverending.Its definetly the worst online casino ive ever dealt with..I gave up as it was stressing me out..Its strange why they give you out your 1st £500 withdrawl with the 4 verification steps and then on your 2nd withdrawl fail one of them steps and then just keep wanting more and more..I dont agree thats them just going through the KYC procedure..They are scammers 100%..
