With more people expressing concerns with this particular casino and with my current involvement. I think it’s best I give an update.
So as a catch up on my personal dealings with this casino my first withdrawal was accepted with no verification required, for the amount of £500.
I then requested another £500. You can request withdrawals every 24hrs but personally seeing as people have struggled with withdrawals I never done this and only ever had one withdrawal active at one time.
The 2nd withdrawal was rejected and a email received requesting documents I believe this was bank statements. Submitted documents and requested new withdrawal request £500. As you all know this is now a 3 day wait and to my absolute shock got approved.
I’ve now got £3000 in there, I submitted another £500 baring in mind my account is currently verified, 3 days go by and yes you guessed it rejected as account no verified.
They now require utility bill to confirm address (I’ve already supplied bank statement which has proof of address) and Selfie with passport.
Ive submitted these documents and am now waiting to see if my 3rd withdrawal is approved.
Just to be clear my first withdrawal was on the 5th of September we’re now on the 23rd with one additional withdrawal approved. I’ve acted immediately on there requests and in the meantime have not played with the balance.
As I said in my original post I won’t be playing or depositing anymore until the full amount is released and will carry on with updates.
One question have I got grounds yet for a complaint I’ve been compliment but the sheer time and additional verification steps every withdrawal seems excessive. Considering this was from a £500 initial deposit with one play session.
