Casinoet har aldrig betalt mig. Jeg har foretaget al den nødvendige verifikation. Sagen er, at jeg ville spille i euro, så jeg valgte euro som min spillevaluta på min Betovo-konto. Det burde ikke gøre nogen forskel, men de siger, at jeg skal sende dem en ny verifikation af en IBAN-EURO-konto, før jeg kan lukke min konto. IBAN har intet at gøre med valuta, men de ser ud til at give en eller anden grund til at forhindre mig i at få mine penge.
De indrømmede, at jeg havde foretaget al verifikationen, men da jeg bad om en udbetaling, fandt de på denne Euro-IBAN-ting.

The Casino has never paid me. I've done all the required verification. The thing is that I wanted to bet in Euro, so I did choose Euro as my betting-currency in my Betovo-account. It shouldn't make any difference, but they say that I have to send them a new verification of an IBAN-EURO account before I can close my account. IBAN has nothing to do with currency, but they seem to put up any reason to avoid me from getting my money.
They admitted that I've done all the verification, but when I asked for a withdrawal, they came up with this Euro-IBAN thing.
