I made the unfortunate mistake of depositing here. Website seems quite shady. The chat is absolutely not available at all and verification takes forever.

any idea why the casino does not want to verify you? Can you explain what happened, please?

The casino makes up all kinds of excuses not to verify. They told me the address on my proof of address was different from the one in my profile. It was Not. It was written in Swedish because Finland is a bilingual country and my mother tongue is Swedish and therefore all my official letters are addressed in that language. I tried providing a Finnish language proof of address but it was ’Not official enough’ even though it was from a bank. This explanation was BS according to them and they closed my account for lying about personal details and confiscated 1900 euros. This casino should be blacklisted.

No reason just dont verify my acount its very strange .He dont play fair with us just take deposit and no ghive yoi chance to withdrawal becouse dont verify acount

That sounds like a good enough reason for creating a complaint. I understand it may be confusing for them that the address in 2 different languages, but they should listen what the customer tries to explain and then check it again accordingly.

I think you should submit the complaint immediately if the issue is as you described, sounds like an quite unprofessional attitude. Allow us to inspect what happened, and submit the complaint right here.

Are you in touch with the casino? Because if not, I guess that you can't make things worst by submitting a complaint here. The verification requires a great deal of cooperation on both sides and if the casino ignores you, instead, how can you possibly pass it on your own?

My withdrawal wont be processed within given timeframe. My first withdrawal of 800e was declined even tho my account eas first verified, day after withdraw was declined and I was asked for more documents. These were approved and I was given 24hrs process timeframe on withdrawal, this has drastically passed and still my withdrawal is pending and emails or requests are not answered.

I think it might be simply because of Christmas. Many employees were on vacation so processes that usually take a day may took longer during that time.
