Yes, that may be true, but in some cases the casino does not even write back and complaint has been closed as unresolved. This is at least some difference and I wonder if they will do it in the resolution and try to pay the players. I wish that was the case.

hi, they just told me they had a backlog. I have since told them i would like to file a complaint and now conveniently the live chat will not open and i haven't received any responses to my emails.

I heard from reliable source that their bank transfers are working fine but they had big problems with other methods but it should be fixed now. We will see in upcoming days if this is true or not.
