Worst experience ever!still trying to get my winnings deposited into my account(4 weeks now)even after it was fully verified.I deposited with visa bank deposit,Bitcoin and neosurf and had to prove all those deposits and those accounts with lisences,bills,screen shots,photo of me holding my car lisence and more!! I still can’t get it deposited into my account using any of those methods!so angry I’m sure they have stolen my identity information😡

I don’t understand why so many players complain about this when it is very CLEARLY written in the T&C when you sign up and agree to them. The best tip I have is that before you even start playing and depositing - get verified! That way if you do have a win and you want to do a withdrawal, you won’t have to wait for verification.
