Nej..aldrig...jeg beder dem om at lukke min konto, de svarede med feedbacken, og hvis jeg stadig er glad for at fortsætte, og jeg straks har svaret ja, luk den....og de har ignoreret....jeg kan huske, at jeg kontaktede chatten for at bede dem lukke den, men de sagde, at jeg skulle kontakte supportteamet via e-mail, og det gjorde jeg...det er frustrerende, at deres svar var, at de havde brug for tid til at undersøge, om jeg ikke skulle have en tilbagebetaling på den konto dage....min konto skulle suspenderes, hvis de var nødvendige for at undersøge, men ikke lade mig spille efter som normalt i yderligere 45 dage siden min anmodning om lukning af konto
No..never...i ask them to close my account they answered with the feedback and if i am still happy to proceed and i have promtly answer yes close it....amd they have ignored....i remember i contacted the chat to ask them to close it but they said i need to contact support team by email and so i did...it is frustrating that theire answer was that they needed time to investigate if i had any balance in account to be refunded but that shouldnt be over 45 days....my account should be suspended if they was needed to investigate but not letting me play after as normal for another 45 days since my request of closure account
