I was getting all these excuses when I was trying to withdraw over a month and a half ago. I just kept messaging them and emailing them. Eventually they paid me after 4 days. They gave me the VIP what’s app number I can give you but not sure if I can put it on here or not? You just have to keep pushing them. Once you are paid never bet on chips stars again! They are the worse casino I have ever dealt with. I only used their site because they was rated so highly in casino guru
