It’s become quite a common issue lately: some casinos offering services to UK players without a UKGC license struggle with stable payment processing. If they lose access to certain providers, they sometimes can’t pay players from the UK at all – unless crypto is an option. That could explain what’s happening here. Just my observation.

There's loads of complaints that should affect their score not weather they, after ignoring people and putting them through hell suddenly decide as they have issued a complaint and its bad for business to aventually pay!
How is that player friendly it's not it's dangerous and should be stopped and certainly not encouraged or helped in any other way.

YES! It is called delay tactics to make you play your balance down whilst they process a much smaller amount (acting outside of their own terms and conditions) and make you wait weeks for it!

Yes, but at what cost? Delaying people on purpose for weeks and weeks, (acting outside of their own terms and conditions) to prevent them from paying out is mentally exhausting and makes people feel angry and upset. Yet you continue to promote them with such a high score.

I understand you see things this way, and I don’t doubt your frustration, especially if you’ve gone through something similar.
That said, I stand by what I wrote. I wasn’t making excuses, just pointing out that in some cases, the background might be more complex.

Hey Drewone, Most of us having issues are from the UK so it would seem - however, I don't think the point is that it is just UK players. They clearly have no remit or licence to operate in the UK so they are using whatever tactics they can to delay withdrawals for countries where they do not have to answer to anyone to operate.
If they can pay someone in Canada or the States the same day, they can do that in the UK - bitcoin is worldwide, and I have many European casinos who pay the same day. It is classic withdrawal delay tactics, as they also reduce the amount you can withdraw and leave it in your balance, so the temptation to play it down is always there.
The promises are the worst thing - they give you a date, usually Friday by 5 pm - when they finish for the weekend (!!!) and then that passes that deadline also.
Today they also marked by TrustPilot review as defamatory to take it off line - but it did not work as TrustPilot disagreed with them and they have kept it up!
I just want all players to be aware of this casino and their tactics! Especially UK Players.
I agree with everything you’ve said above. My last withdrawal 2500 euro took about eight days to be paid, I’m hoping at some point they will pay what I’m owed. I will wait months if it drags on, I’m at the point where waiting is my game to play.
