got a withdraw approved 3 weeks ago , have not received a cent in my bank and casino refuses to give me a reason why they just say investigating.

May I just ask if both of the withdrawals have already been approved or are still pending? I couldn't understand it exactly, as you said that the casino is still investigating, you know.🤔


Both withdrawals have been approved with the money leaving the casino account. One withdraw was approved on the 5th of AUG and one approved on the 12th.


I really dont understand exactly what this casino is going on about either its a simple breach of terms and conditions.


I spent the last few days sending many emails with no luck just standard copy paste replys saying
